Refund Policy

At Jaabla, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a booking.

1. Eligibility for Refunds (see Terms of Service)

  • Event Cancellation: If the speaker or event is cancelled by us.
  • Double Payment: If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • Service Not Delivered: If the confirmed booking is not fulfilled.

2. Non-Refundable Situations (Please see our Terms of Service)

  • You fail to attend the booked event/session.
  • The cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the event (unless otherwise stated).

3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to contact@jaabla.com with proof of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, Stripe, PayPal).

4. Partial Refunds

  • In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided, depending on:
    • Administrative costs already incurred.
    • Advance payments made to the speaker/venue.

5. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Instead of a refund, you may request rescheduling or credit for future bookings (subject to availability).
  • Credits must be used within 3 months of issuance.
